Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ozoapps.com and the tools offered on it (the "Service"), operated by OZO ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OZO provides free online tools, such as invoice and estimate generators, that you can use in your web browser. Some features, like saving documents to the cloud and sending documents by email, require a free account. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly at support@ozoapps.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your content

"Your Content" means everything you enter into or upload to the Service, including document details, client information, logos and signatures.

• You own Your Content. We claim no ownership of it.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to save a document, render a PDF or send an email you request).
• You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights and any required permissions to use it, including personal information about your clients.

4. Documents are your responsibility

OZO provides templates and calculation tools, not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for checking that your documents are accurate and meet the legal and tax requirements that apply to you, including invoice numbering, tax registration details, tax rates and wording. Calculations are provided for convenience; review totals before sending or relying on a document.

5. Sending documents by email

When you send a document through OZO, the email is sent from an OZO address on your behalf, with your business name and your email address as the reply-to. You agree to:

• send documents only to people you have a genuine business relationship with;
• not use the feature for spam, marketing campaigns, phishing, fraud, impersonation or malicious links or files; and
• comply with anti-spam and consumer laws that apply to you.

We apply sending limits and may delay, block or review sends, and suspend accounts, to protect recipients and the deliverability of the Service. Recipients can report abuse at abuse@ozoapps.com or through the link in each email.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• create fake, misleading or fraudulent documents, or documents intended to deceive tax authorities, lenders or anyone else;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass rate limits or other protections;
• interfere with ads on the Service through automated means, or generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks; or
• resell or provide the Service to others as your own product without our written permission.

7. Free service, ads and donations

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and voluntary donations. Donations are processed by third parties (such as Stripe) under their own terms, are voluntary and do not purchase any product, service or special entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates and content (other than Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use templates to create your own documents. You may not copy, modify or distribute the Service itself except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (for example Google sign-in, payment pages for donations and ad networks). Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important documents.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your documents, emails you send through the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Sections 3, 4 and 8 to 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify signed-in users. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts there have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
